Just Three Words...

Den vzniku samostatného československého státu is the National Day of the Czech Republic, celebrated on 28 October as a public holiday.

It was the 28. October 1918, when Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk, founder and first President of Czechoslovakia, declared the independence from the Austro-Hungarian Empire after its collapse. In 1993, Czechoslovakia split into the two sovereign states of the Czech Republic and Slovakia in a peaceful dissolution and the Czech Republic kept this date as its National Holiday.

Time to open the eighth chapter of our series; Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Vodák lets us participate in just three words...
