Tim Radford, British Lieutenant General and designated Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe (DSACEUR), visited Wilhelmsburg Barracks in Ulm today. He was welcomed and informed by Lieutenant General Jürgen Knappe, Commanding General of the Joint Support and Enabling Command about current developments and the infrastructural situation of the newly set up JSEC. When being assigned as the DSACEUR April this year, Radford will be one oft he highest ranked General officers in the alliance.
