Sustainment experts work close and continuously together

ULM, Germany - Comprehensive briefings, intensive workshops and fruitful discussions characterized the two-day visit of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command at Joint Support and Enabling Command (JSEC).

“We’re all in!,” concluded Major General Ronald R. Ragin, Commanding General 21st Theater Sustainment Command (USA), and Lieutenant General Alexander Sollfrank, Commander #JSEC after the two day visit of “Team 21” at the Wilhelmsburg Barracks in Ulm.

We need strong partners like the 21st TSC for us to be successful in what we want to achieve, to keep all NATO Allies safe

Following the Memorandum of Partnership which has already been signed in 2021, 21st TSC and JSEC were eager to strengthen and extend the close cooperation regarding everything from troop movements in the Supreme Allied Commander Europe’s (SACEUR) Area of Responsibility to their effective sustainment.

“It’s a great pleasure to welcome you, General Ragin, and your team to JSEC. The challenges, that NATO currently faces right outside its borders, make it very clear - we cannot do it by ourselves. We need strong partners like the 21st TSC for us to be successful in what we want to achieve, to keep all NATO Allies safe,” emphasized Sollfrank during his welcome remarks and added: “This visit is a great opportunity for your staff, your experts from 21st TSC, and my JSEC staff to interact and build those relationships that will bring our two headquarters even closer together. We are very happy that you are here.”
